Board of Directors

The Warren County Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is made up of volunteers from various Chamber member businesses and organizations. Board members are chosen by the membership via a written, mail-in ballot system each November. Once elected, Directors may serve two four-year terms.

The Chairman of the Board and four officers, a Chair Elect, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, lead the Board. The full Board meets on the second Tuesday of each month, and the Executive Board meets on the fourth Thursday of each month.

Any Chamber member is eligible to be on the ballot for election onto the Board of Directors, provided that he or she is a member in good standing and is nominated (in writing) by a member in good standing. The period of open nominations occurs each September and is announced in advance by the Chamber.
