The Warren County Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is made up of volunteers from various Chamber member businesses and organizations. Board members are chosen by the membership via a written, mail-in ballot system each October. Once elected, Directors may serve three three-year terms.

The Chairman of the Board and four officers, a Chair elect, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, lead the Board. The full Board meets on the second Tuesday of the following months January, March, May, July, September and a November board retreat (Date scheduled in September). the Executive Board meets on the third Tuesday of each month.

Any Chamber member is eligible to be on the ballot for election onto the Board of Directors, provided that he or she is a member in good standing and is nominated (in writing) by a member in good standing. The period of open nominations occurs each September and is announced in advance by the Chamber.
