Act as a first point of contact and facilitator for businesses on where to find financial assistance, training resources, managerial and business assistance.

Maintain a database of vacant office space, industrial properties and potential new sites for tax ratables.

Monitor business expansion plans -- calling on local companies to see if they need local assistance.

Work with municipalities to obtain tax incentive and abatement programs to facilitate a strong economically viable business community.
